However, the entrance to each bungalow is by a paved walkway through a green, well-manicured lawn.

A cosy outdoor area fitted with vibrant potted plants and two outdoor seats is right by the door.

Inside, the house features a luxuriously furnished lounge area, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a skylight that provides ample natural light.

Adjacent to it is a dining area with a traditional four-seater setup. Beyond it is a kitchen whose galley design maximises space and functionality, considering the house's size.

A door by the kitchen leads to the patio and laundry area.

On the other hand, a study area, which can also serve as a bedroom, is located next to two of the house's bedrooms, which are all master en suite.

The primary bedroom is ample in size and all ensuite.

Fifty two units are slated for construction, including a clubhouse for the homeowner's use.

How was Kelvin Kiptum's house built?

The innovative technology echoes the prefabricated house concept used to construct Kelvin Kiptum's three-bedroom house in Uasin Gishu county.

Kiptum's state-of-the-art house was prefabricated off-site and erected on his four-acre piece of land in Naiberi.

Precast concrete and light gauge steel allowed the contractor to complete the build within a 7-day deadline before the marathoner's burial.
