"This 9-year-old boy, Roman Owuor, a class four pupil at Jamhuri primary school, was hit by a motorbike along Ngong Road yesterday at around 4.30 pm on his way home from school.
It was a coincidence that some members of the public had spotted me chilling at the Executive Car World Workshop and approached me to intervene. My drivers swung into action, picked the boy from the road, and brought him to where I was," Sonko said.

In the video shared, the boy's worried mum stormed the hospital, despair written on her face as she inquired about the boy.

After a small interaction and reassurance from the nurses, he stood calmly beside his son as he was being treated.
