KWS cautions Nairobians as 3 lions roam in city

A few days ago, the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) urged residents in Nairobi to be vigilant as three stray lions stroll through the city.

The agency said the trio of carnivores were first sighted near the Lang'ata Women's Prison on the evening of Wednesday, May 15.

The Problem Animal Control team was deployed to search for the animals throughout the night but failed in its mission.

The KWS counselled Nairobians to be alert as they go about their businesses and quickly report any sightings.
