Controversial pastor Victor Kanyari, alias Bishop Mwangi, has opened up about how much he has amassed from TikTok.
During a live stream session, the man of God bragged about the KSh 400,000 he had made since joining TikTok.
"I have made over KSh 400,000, which I have been given for free," he said as he shared his plan for the money.

The preacher claimed he wanted to donate the entire amount to a children's home, citing it as an offering.

"That's my role. Imagine. Do you want me to leave TikTok, and people are offering offerings? Do you want me to leave so you can remain on TikTok and get all the money alone? I am not leaving," he vehemently stated.
Why is pastor Kanyari on TikTok?
Kanyari added he was not on TikTok for the love of money but because he loved people and wanted to preach the gospel to lost souls.
"I am not here because of money. I am not here because I receive gifts. I am here because I love TikTok and want to pray for the sick and kids. There are people who are being oppressed by the devil, others have problems, and others are living abroad but have no joy. I am here to pray for those people," he clarified.
Kanyari moved by German-based TikToker's story
In another story, Kanyari was awed after a man who got saved at his crusade a few years ago reminded him of his humble beginnings.
The famous TikToker said he used to attend the preacher's crusade in Nairobi's CBD and gave life to Christ, a move that changed his life completely.
Kanyari asked the Germany-based TikToker to send him gifts, claiming that were it not for his prayers, he wouldn't have made it to Europe.
