Who are the better-performing CSs in government

Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has once again topped the charts of the most trusted Cabinet member, scoring an impressive 68%, which translates to a B.

Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi came in second in the poll, garnering an overall rating of C+ and an approval rating of 59%.

Youth, Sports and the Arts CS, Ababu Namwamba, ICT and Digital Economy CS Eliud Owalo and Defence CS Adan Duale all managed a C plain.

TIFA revealed that the data used to arrive at the conclusions was collected through telephone interviews, with questions in Kiswahili and English.

During the research, TIFA took into account the level of public trust the masses have in the CS, their visibility, and how they communicate their ministry’s activities, among other attributes.

Linturi claims he's being fought for doing good job

Earlier, Linturi contended that people were fighting him for doing an excellent job in his ministry.

During a fundraiser at St.Theresa's Catholic Church in Imenti Central on April 28, Linturi implored Meru residents not to be distracted by what critics are saying about him.

He blasted critics who had attacked the Ministry of Agriculture over the fake fertiliser scandal.

Linturi asked Kenyans to ignore what was being said and wait for a dossier he would release in the course of the week.

He promised to name all the merchants who were behind the controversial fertiliser deal that has messed up hundreds of farmers across the country.
