In the clip, the emotional girl sat on the bonnet of a luxurious car with a woman standing next to her.

She called a man with her sleek-looking iPhone gadget, informing him of the young girl's situation.

Nduta is very sad, woman discloses

"Nduta is very sad. Talk to her," the woman told the man as she brought the phone closer to the girl, who was sobbing uncontrollably.

She struggled to compose herself and communicate with the man on the phone, overwhelmed by emotions.

"(President) Ruto has said we are going back to school," she said effortlessly, tears rolling down her cheeks.

The lady smiled as she tried calming the teary girl down, brushing her hand through her well-plaited hair.

A woman, identified as mama Mickey told TUKO.co.ke said her daughter reated similarly like the little girl following teh news.

"I would not know the reason why the little girl was so broken but I know mine wanted to stay home for a little bit more. Not all kids would be open to resuming school depening on various factors. I know my daughter just wants the soft life," she laughed.

Which counties would not reopen schools as scheduled?

In related news, Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu said not all schools would reopen as scheduled.

According to the CS, some schools in seven counties, including Kisumu, Homa Bay, and Tana River, will not reopen alongside others.

He said learners within the regions would be considered for alternative learning methods, such as relocating them to safer centres.
