The crash happened after boda boda trying to overtake a lorry rammed into a speeding personal vehicle, a Nissan X-trail.

The rider and his only pillion passenger died on the spot near the Solio interchange.
Images shared on Facebook showed a damaged bonnet of the vehicle, suggesting the huge impact of the collision.
The deceased rider and his passenger's bodies were ferried to the Nakuru County Mortuary ahead of identification.
Accidents involving motorcycle users have been on the rise in the recent past.
Two people were killed in the gruesome crash involving a motorbike and an oncoming lorry.
How did the Kisii accident occur?
The motorbike that was carrying two young people reportedly collided with a lorry on the Keroka-Masimba highway.
The lorry driver fled the scene, leaving the two victims in critical condition.
Police officers quickly arrived at the scene after being notified of the accident and cleared it.
The bodies of the deceased were taken to the Keroka Hospital morgue for preservation.
The police immediately launched a manhunt for the driver of the ill-fated lorry.

A few weeks back, another accident claimed the lives of two in Mombasa.
The accident in Jomvu left 11 others injured.
The crash involved a matatu and boda boda in the Bangladesh area; the PSV rammed into the motorcycle, killing the rider and the passengers on the spot.
Governor Abdulswamad Nassir consoled the bereaved, further calling on motorists and other road users to exercise care.
