Monica Kelabu, the mother of the trending tall Vihiga man, Bradley Mtall, has broken her silence after he went viral.

How did Bradley Mtall's mum react to son trending?

Monica travelled from Vihiga county to Nairobi to visit her son after seeing him on Citizen TV. Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, the mother of four said she was filled with mixed emotions.

Bradley's surname, Marongo, is given to someone who is born a twin, but his mother denied he had a twin, revealing why he gave him the name.

"He doesn't have a twin. I named him after my father, who had a twin," she explained.

The soft-spoken mother revealed Bradley is her lastborn child, disclosing he is 22 years old and not 27 as he had earlier stated.

"He was born on April 16, 2002. He is 22 years old, and he doesn't even have an ID. My second born is 27 years old, not Bradley," she shared.

She asked Kenyans to give her son, who works as a tout, a decent job so he can help her and his young family.

"We are homeless. We don't have a place of our own. Hatuna nyumba, hatuna shamba yaani sijui cha kusema (We don't have a house or a land, I really don't know what to say)," she said.
"Please help my son with any job. I'm pleading with well-wishers to help us get a parcel of land and build a house for us so that we have a place to call home tusikae homeless," she added.

The worried mother revealed that all four of her children were jobless and asked well-wishers to help them find jobs. She talked about how she struggled to raise her children on her own.

"Nimeteseka na hawa watoto. Bradley ndio angekuwa taa yangu anitoe kwa umaskini (I have struggled with these children. I thought Bradley would have been my light to pull me out of poverty)," she said.

Where is Bradley Mtall's father?

During an interview with KTN, the 22-year-old said his father abandoned him and his mother when he was born.

He said he had never seen him and didn't know his whereabouts.

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Bradley's mum, confirmed that his father was dead, narrating how she single-handedly raised her son after parting ways with her baby daddy.

Monica said she parted ways with her baby daddy 22 years ago.
