Naima Shah, who is Tanzanian, spoke years later after Diamond's breakout song, revealing that she was married when she shot the song.

The lady said that she had just given birth when she appeared in the music video.

"Nilikuwa nimeolewa na nimetoka kuzaa. Nikamwambia kwa jili yako mwanangu nitafanya. Nikaenda. Tukafanya video basi na video ikaenda Alhamdulilahi (I was married and had just given birth. I did the video beause of Diamond,)" she said.

She disclosed that her husband was not pleased after watching the video, stating he was against it.

The woman's husband informed her father and noted that it was against their beliefs to be a vixen in a video.

She also claimed that Diamond did not pay her.

"Mume wangu hajaniruhusu, familia. Kwanza alipojua. Alikuja kujua video ilipotoka si unajua sisi maadili yetu. Ilikuwa bala. Alinipigia na baba pia akanipigia. Nilikuwa na miaka 17 or 18 hivi. Nilimalizia Form Two. Hakunilipa alikuwa mwanangu. Nilimwambia Diamond mwanangu njoo.(My husband did not allow me. When he knew about it he also told my dad. I was 17 o 18 at the time. He did not pay me he was my "son")," the vixen said.

The actress-turned-businesswoman, whose real name is Sandra Khan, stunned in a stylish white sheer gown, and fans noted pregnancy looked good on her.
