Otesa went viral after Kenyans took an interest in Vihiga's Bradley Mtall, with ladies saying they loved tall men.

The Bungoma man jumped on the trend and even challenged Bradley to a height competition, claiming he was taller.

Kenyans have also taken an interest in the Western giants, with some wondering what they eat in a day.

Otesa has happily engaged his fans with claims that he ate four basins of sukuma wiki and four gororgoros of ugali.

"Kama ugali kusema ukweli nakula gorogoro nne siku moja kama ni lunch time na sukuma wiki basin nne (I eat four gorogoros of maize meal in a day during lunchtime and kales 4 basins. Unaona hii mwili si ya kukula? Nakunywa 12 cups ya chai na mikate nane (Do you see this body? I drink 12 cups of tea and eight slices of bread). Supper kama ni mchele na maharagwe, mchele ni kilo sita na maharagwe gorogoro mbli (Supper if its rice and beans six kilos of rice and two gorogoros of beans.)"

In other news, Otesa showed off his dear mum, wife and child during an interview about their life.

According to his mum, Janet Wekesa, she stayed for five years without having a baby, and people used to look down on her until Otesa came along.

Isaac's mum is okay with him meeting his lookalike Bradley and is also open to them having a test to determine whether they are brothers or not.
