Dennis Onam, a fellow teacher and Anglican lay reader, shared his astonishment and gratitude about the incident.

In a heartfelt Facebook message, Onam revealed that their friendship began when they were both teachers employed by the Boards of Governors at Sinyolo Girls and Huma Girls, respectively.

The two educators forged a bond during joint exams conducted by COHOST (an acronym for Chulaimbo, Ojola, Huma, Sinyolo, Obambo, and Tieng're schools).

Osieko is Christian Union patron

Onam recounted how Osieko had visited his home multiple times as a guest speaker at their church, even bringing his wife along.

Osieko has also delivered sermons to the students at Nyagoko School, where he has served as the Christian Union Patron and Guidance and Counseling Master for several years.

His leadership and spiritual guidance have left a lasting impact on many in the church and the school community.

Reflecting on the accident, Onam expressed his awe at Osieko's survival, describing it as a powerful demonstration of God's love and mercy.

"I see the love of God when my friend survives in the front seat when even the driver didn't survive. This is God! I will serve the God of Osieko," he urged.

Friends continue to pray for his full healing, inspired by the miraculous survival of a man who has devoted his life to serving others through his faith.

Osieko's miraculous moment

Osieko went viral online after he was captured on video striving to come out of the defaced vehicle belonging to the Kamtco Ltd Sacco.

Eyewitnesses intervened to help him out of the driver's compartment, where he had sat before the crash.

Luckily, the middle-aged man came out of the scene with minor physical injuries and could be seen walking by himself before he was offered support.

On his shirt were blood splatters testament to the fact that he had walked out of a bloodbath alive.
