Mike Sonko Discloses Handing Out Properties To His Kids, Says They Support Themselves: "Niliwapanga"

Former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko has maintained that his children support themselves financially as he set them up years ago.

In an interview now doing rounds on TikTok, the veteran politician also admitted that he rarely speaks to President William Ruto.

"These days, I do not even follow up with his things. I heard he was in Nairobi, but I was not there. We are giving him time to do the work. We do not want false promises," he said.

How Mike Sonko set up his kids financially

Sonko's daughter, Sandra, previously claimed that her parents want five lions, three choppers, and 22 Bentleys as her dowry.

Reacting to his children's financial demands, Sonko said:

"Those are kids; I never follow their things. I sorted them out a long time ago, even before I became a parliamentarian. God helped, that when I would sell a piece of land. And I was putting my money where there was money then. They have their own properties. They have their own hotels with their mum. I did sort them out a long time ago. They depend on themselves."

Previously, Sandra delighted fans with cute photos of herself showing off her expensive designer bag and golden shoes.
