Mike Sonko has broken his silence after a video of him partying with Karen Nyamu at the Kamba Night went viral.

On Saturday, September 14, Sonko and Nyamu were among hundreds of revellers who attended Kamba Night at the Carnivore restaurant in Nairobi.
The two politicians were spotted dancing and enjoying the night out to the amusement of revellers.

Nyamu stood on a chair as she danced energetically to different hits, and Sonko, who was standing next to her, seemed to be enjoying, too.
Commenting on the video, some netizens claimed the flashy politician span*ed Nyamu's behind while she was dancing.
Reacting to the allegations that he touched the nominated senator's bum, Sonko asked if it was bad for a man to admire a woman.
"I have seen this clip doing rounds kwa sosho mindia. Hembu niwaurise kwani kukura na maso iko sinda ngani (on social media. Tell me, is it is bad to admire a woman)?" he posted in X.

A netizen commented asking if he wasn't afraid of Samidoh, Nyamu's baby daddy, and he said:
"Samindo is my ngund mbandii (Samidoh is my good buddy)."

A fan identified as Spice Bea commented on the video, asking her if she had parted ways with Samidoh. Responding to the fan, Nyamu hilariously said they were no longer together.
