NTSA Goes For Van Driver After Students Were Filmed Hanging, Doing Stunts On Moving Vehicle

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has launched a manhunt for the driver of a van on which students were filmed dangerously hanging.

In a video clip making rounds on the internet, the youngsters were bopping to a dance hall track as they performed stunts amidst the vehicle's supersonic speed.

The van they had boarded was being trailed by another vehicle from where the videos were captured.
