Abisai shed light on the nature of the endless calls.

“Most people were calling, including offers like they had properties for sale or had business ideas, including some celebrities.”

However, Abisai noted that he had a plan and getting the money did not change his investment ideas.

“I had a plan for that year, and it boosted me. I had a five-year plan for my dream, and it just sped up. I stuck to my goals.”

Abisai, who invested in the paint business and pig farming, noted that his passion is designing clothes.

“I started doing fashion at the University of Nairobi and will never stop. Some wonder why I still work with kitenge, yet I'm a millionaire.”

He also responded to speculation that the winnings were fake and a ploy to promote betting companies.

“Before the KSh 221 million, I won KSh 30,000 and knew it was possible.
When the message came to my phone, I withdrew KSh 100,000 and knew it was not a joke.”

Kenyans reacted to the video by saying:

KUSH:

“I would just buy infrastructure bonds worth KSh 100m. That alone yields KSh 1.2m monthly.”

Njosh:

“I would have worn a mask while getting the money.”

KQB963:

“I used to Live in Roysambu; he was my neighbour on the next Block. That day, TRM drive came to a standstill.”

What did Abisai tell Kenyans?

In other news, Abisai pleaded with Kenyans not to beg from bet winners.

Abisai spoke after Collins Kipkorir took his life after losing his employer's KSh 120,000 betting.

Abisai said gamblers take immense risks and should be allowed to enjoy their winnings in peace.
