The child's mother could not hold back her tears as she grieved her child, saying if the police had acted early, her child would be alive.

"If they would have helped me, my child would not have been dead. When I reported the disappearance, I was told to return to the police station later. I returned after 24 hours, but I was sent away again. Where is the cooperation and personality? 24 hours is a long time before they start looking for someone," she cried.
