Citizen TV journalist Stephen Letoo has voiced his frustration after his rural home in Enooretet was attacked on the night of Saturday, September 14.

In a social media post, Letoo revealed that unknown individuals hurled stones at his compound, targeting the houses.

Why was Stephen Letoo's home attacked?

Letoo expressed concern over the recurring nature of these attacks, stating.

He described the attack as a severe threat to his and his family’s lives, referring to it as an attempted murder.

"Last night a group of unknown people attacked my rural home in Enooretet at around 2am. They hurled stones at my compound and threw other stones on top of houses. This is NOT the first time it has happened despite my continued restrain," he wrote.

In his post, Letoo made a heartfelt plea to those behind the attacks to stop, warning that he would not hesitate to name and shame them if the threats continued.

"I take this as a serious threat to my family and an attempted murder on me and/or to some of my family members. This, too, is an intimidation of the highest order to me as a person, work and Life. To persons surrounding my home at night please stop for the Very last time. Individuals sending people to attack my home please stop for the last time before I name and shame you," he added.

He also called on the nearby General Service Unit (GSU) camp to ensure the safety of his family and neighbours.

The journalist made it clear that any further hostile activities around his home would be met with resistance, underscoring the seriousness of the situation.

Previously, Letoo threw a lavish birthday party for his son, Leyian Eyden Santinho.

Letoo and his baby mama, Winnie Nadupoi, met at the party, and they both appeared happy for their son.
