Two Kenyan public universities have advertised several jobs, inviting qualified candidates to submit their applications.

The University of Nairobi Enterprises and Services Limited (UNES), a commercial arm of UoN, advertised five vacant positions.

It asked applicants to apply for the positions through its website by October 4.

"UNES seeks to recruit result-oriented, self-driven persons with high integrity to fill the following positions," it stated in an advert on My Gov.

The following are the vacant posts:

• Assistant internal auditor.
• Part-time - pediatric dentist - UoN Dental Clinic.
• Part-time pediatric ophthalmologist - UoN Eye Clinic.
• Optometrist - UoN Eye Clinic.
• Manager, hospitality services.

At the same time, Maseno University invited applications for lecturer and other non-teaching positions.

"Applicants should submit 10 copies of their applications on or before October 9, addressed to the deputy vice-chancellor, administration, finance and development, P.O Box 333-40105," Maseno," the advert read.
