An elderly woman is over the moon after her life was transformed following a donation of a new modern house.

The overjoyed granny could not hide her precious emotions after she was moved to her brand-new house.

Dismantling old house

She lived in a polythene structure before being given the keys to her beautiful house, which was fully furnished.

"I officially handed over this house to cucu," Jeremy Damaris, a media personality, captioned as he shared the photos of the house.

The philanthropist discovered the sorry state of the granny after visiting her and was moved by compassion to better her life.

Jeremy dismantled what was left of the old house where the granny resided to create space to rebuild a new, stable structure.
