A video has surfaced online showing the moment a student had a mishap during an online class.

The clip was posted on Twitter on Tuesday, August 15, and showed a class in session via what appeared to be Zoom.

Most students had their microphones turned off except for those discussing a topic.

However, they all turned off their cameras except for one guy named Siyanda.

The student was seen casually sleeping on a bed, shirtless. A woman, presumably his lover, was cosying beside him.

The woman seemed deeply asleep, while the guy laid back while listening to the discussion.

A woman mentioned his name, and the student realised his mistake and left the class.

The mishap became the discussion on Twitter, but some argued that it was intentional since the woman had covered her face.
