A pastor called to preach at the event preached at length about Jesus carrying the cross.

"There is a place you get to and friends run away; you remain with your burden. That is where Jesus comes in, and when he talks, things change," said the pastor in the sermon.
"Who is God; he is Emmanuel which means God with us," the preacher roared.

The pastors also prayed for the congregants for various issues.

Of course, it wouldn't have been a Florence Roberts's event if her songs had not been played. They came on, and the charged crowd sang and danced to them joyfully.
