Harmonize Blasts Diamond For Always Taking Credit For Mentoring His Music Career: "Inachosha"

• Diamond Platnumz is planning a grand concert together with his proteges to mark his 15-year career milestone
• Harmonize refused the invite and blamed the Kamwambie hitmaker for always mentioning that he mentored him
• Harmonize also accused his former boss of preventing show promoters from hiring him for their shows

Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB) boss Diamond Platnumz is considering hosting a collaborative concert featuring his former signees as part of his 15-year music career celebration.

Among those mentioned is his former WCB artiste, Harmonize.

However, Harmonize expressed displeasure with Diamond’s frequent reminders that he played a pivotal role in Harmonize’s success.

Will Diamond reunite with his proteges?

Diamond insisted on taking pride in Harmonize’s achievements and extended an invitation to his show.

"Tajiri na mali zake, maskini na wanawe. Mali sina, acha nijivunie na nyie wanangu wa dhahabu. Kwenye 15 years, nataka tufanye event moja ya ukoo mzima and we celebrate kidogo, Mungu alichotubariki."

Harmonize goes at Diamond

Via Insta Stories, Harmonize declared his decision not to attend Diamond's event.

He wrote:

"Nilimtoa, nilmotoa, nilimtoa. Ndio! Kweli. Asnate. Inachosha... Tatizo maskini huyu, ukumbuka wanawe akishakusanya mali zake. Haiwezikuja kutokea hio miaka 15 maana Sh 600 million (KSh 31m) kunilipa hutoweza. Bro, you can't eat your cake and have it."

Furthermore, Harmonize accused Diamond of secretly influencing show promoters not to hire him for their events.

"Ni vile unajivunia sana hadi inachosha, tena unajivuniaga pale unapotaka huruma ya watu. Kisirisiri unawaambiaga waandaa show, hasa za nchi ya nje kwamba nikiwepo mimi huwezikuzifanya maana tutaonekana tupo level moja...."

Their once-friendly relationship has now turned into animosity since Harmonize’s departure from Diamond's WCB music record label in 2019.

Why did Harmonize fall out with Diamond?

Speaking about the reason for his exit, Harmonize accused the management of mistreating him and accusing his father of witchcraft.

Harmonize also disclosed being ordered to pay a fine of KSh 560 000 for collaborating with Nigeria's Reekado Banks.

He said he found this appalling since Banks is a big artiste, which would have increased their fan base.

The singer said he had decided to speak out since Diamond allowed his friends to insult him every day as he (Diamond) sat and watched.
