A Kenyan lady has taken to social media to express her dismay over a manicure gone wrong.

In a TikTok video that has since caught the attention of many, the woman, @theartsymalkia, showcased her lilac nails, which were uneven, different sizes and featured poorly applied polish.

She voiced her heartbreak over the disappointing results, noting that she had paid KSh 4,000 for the service.

"Tell me why this is my new set, but I feel like crying. First of all, for those who say cheap is expensive, this set is worth KSh 4,000; look at them...look at the finishing. My cuticles are in so much pain because of the drilling... at this point, I'll even start mentioning these salons because what is this for KSh4,000?" she lamented.

@theartsymalkia recounted the ordeal, describing the hours-long process as not only painful but also frustrating, as her complaints seemed to be ignored by the nail technician, who insisted that he knew what he was doing.

"I'm in pain..the colour is wrong, that's not the colour I chose. And when I told the person, they were not even willing to change it. I am so disappointed...nasikia hata kuzitoa," she said in disappointment.
