Kenya Airways staff members joined Freshley Mwamburi and the rest of Kenyans in commemorating yet another anniversary of how the musician was badly hurt by his girlfriend.

Why has Stella Wangu remained popular for decades

In a heartfelt song that has remained popular for decades, Mwamburi shared how he gave everything to see his woman get a better education abroad. But when she returned, she was carrying a baby and had a Chinese man in tow.

Every year, Kenyans commemorate the day with different versions of the song, memes, dances, write-ups, and, recently, AI-generated photos of the sad day.

Kienyeji's TikTok account to remain alive

In other news, popular content creator Alice Chebet, aka Kienyeji Pro Max's TikTok account will remain alive even though she is in school.

Itigo Girls High School was kind enough to allow visits from her producer so that the TikTok content remains alive.

Kienyeji Pro Max was a Form Two student but missed most classes and exams due to fee arrears. Well-wishers launched an initiative to educate her, upon which she agreed to join a boarding school and start afresh in Form One.
