Ohangla maestro Woud Fibi has offered to help young female TikToker Belia who went viral singing covers of songs by other renowned gospel Luo singers.

Belia, a high school student at St. Augustine Mixed Secondary School Ading'o, took to TikTok with her cover songs, singing the late gospel singer Florence Roberts' hits.

How Wuod Fibi intends to change young TikToker's life

Fans asked for help on her behalf; for someone to tap into Belia's talent and help her grow as a musician, and Wuod Fibi answered the call.

In a Facebook post, he said that his company, Barikiwa Studios, would help produce her songs for free.

Wuod Fibi also revealed that an MCA in Kajiado County, Eli Gor, offered to pay for Belia's high school education by paying the remaining fee balance while she is still in school.

"You asked me to look for her and help nurture her talent. Yes I found her and the good news is that she will be coming to do a number of songs which I will personally compose for her. Belia is the 14th child in a family of 15 children, and her mother is the sole breadwinner, and she is struggling to make both ends meet," he said.

Wuod Fibi asks for help to trace daughter

The veteran singer in early 2024 asked for help to trace his 16-year-old daughter, who went missing after attending a church service.

The music producer revealed he last spoke to his missing daughter on the phone hours before she disappeared and noted that she sounded distressed.

In June 2023, the musician held a lavish traditional wedding. He and his squad wore Nigerian outfits and looked royal in an all-white theme.
