Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has stated that defeating President William Ruto in 2027 will be very easy.
Why Babu thinks Ruto will be defeated in 2027
While speaking at a press briefing alongside other Members of Parliament, Babu claimed that if the Kenya Kwanza government does not listen to the plight of the Kenyans, Ruto will be easily voted out of power.
"I want to say that should you fail to deliver to Kenyans, there's only one person that I know that will be easily defeated in 2027. Defeating you Mr. Ruto in 2027 will be easier than reciting vowels," Babu said.

He seemingly implied that any person who will vie for the presidency in the 2027 General Election will defeat Ruto.
"Any living thing that is capable of locomoting or moving from one place to the other will defeat you in 2027. Even if you take a goat and put and dress and put it on the ballot it will defeat you in 2027," he added.
During the same press conference, Babu and other MPs expressed their support for the Gen Z protests.
They vowed not to be intimidated by the government into withdrawing their support for the country's youth.
Babu Owino rejects Raila's calls for dialogue
Babu was the latest close ally of former prime minister Raila Odinga to take a stand against him.
In a statement on Friday, July 19, the outspoken legislator, declared that he would support Kenyans on the matter.
Babu stated that he would not support Ruto's administration, adding he was ready for the consequences.
Babu has long been touted by political pundits among leaders who could step up in the absence of the ODM leader.
